DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is modified to deep pressure the client prefers and focused on specific areas of ailment. In moderation, it's helpful for someone experiencing muscle soreness to receive deep tissue.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger point therapy is very focused on a specific area. This modality can be more intense but very beneficial for anyone experiencing a lot of muscle tension.
Zen Shiatsu is an ancient eastern modality that works on meridians throughout the body. Like most massage Zen Shiatsu helps bring peace and balance to your body, mind and spirit by integrating an ancient technique. It's a less invasive type of massage and one can be fully clothed during a session.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in learning more about me and my therapeutic services. I fell in love with massage at the very first thought of becoming a massage therapist and have enjoyed every moment of massage since. This is why I decided to dive into my own practice so I can learn more about massage through my clients. Before my own practice I worked at Restorative Massage Therapy and they are great so if you need even further assistance in your therapy I highly recommend reaching out to them.
My passion for massage began when I gave light back rubs to a family member to help her sleep and ease the pain and symptoms of chemotherapy treatments. I was amazed at the way it relaxed not only her but myself as well. Soon after, I began my formal training at Cedar Stone School of Massage and further developed my understanding of the healing and therapeutic power of massage therapy. I am specialized in deep tissue, swedish, general therapeutic, shiatsu, myofascial release and especially have a passion for trigger point release. Through these modalities my goal is to create balance and positivity in the body by relieving stress and anxiety, reducing pain, and improving sleep. Or simply to understand your aches so I can adjust the modalities to best help alleviate pain.
